Ever Returning Staff Member

Birch Bay Ranch has been apart of my life forever. Not only have I met so many great people and kids there it is where my passion for camp ministry started. Over the years as I went from being the apprentice to the mentor, I started to see the impact this Godly place has had on so many people young and old.

Also to a lot of people this place is there second home. God has placed his peace in Birch Bay Ranch and it is evidently there. Several years ago I thought my time there was done. But over the next few years kept getting pulled back there to help minister to young kids and teens. We used to joke about "am I REALLY sure that I'm done at BBR?" And in reality once you become a part of the Birch Bay Ranch Family you are never really done with the place. 

Further more as a counsellor you become the role model to these campers they see God in you when they are at BBR. Even if you are not at BBR and you run into a past camper, they tell you about how BBR has changed them. And how they want to spend their summer sharing the love of Christ to other kids who spend a week at BBR. This place is a tool that God uses to further glorify his kingdom and bring young kids to know His face.
