What Birch Bay Ranch Has Done for Me

I was 6 yrs old when I started, going on seven.  My first year I was horrible but birch bay kept me . The following years they treated me like one of their own, and it was the best years of my life .

I am special needs and was treated no differently than other kids, which was the best thing . Sharon and Darryl became like my second parents.  I looked forward every year to coming back, I would usually spend 2 to 3 weeks.

There I got a nickname of Cowboy and I still like being called it even though I'm 22. I loved the horseback riding and bible stories they told.  They also allowed me to come out for work experience, and taught me a lot thanks to their teaching and experience.  I got a job at white mud equine center.
